Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to call our Customer Service department.

The following criteria should be met in order for the return/exchange:

1) If your product comes defective/damaged/incorrect/missing accessories then it is eligible for return/exchange within the given seven days time frame
2) If you change your mind about a product and decide that you no longer need it then it is eligible for return/exchange for certain products only. Please refer to the product list.

We only accept the product if it is unused, is in all its original packaging, includes tags and/or labels.
